Many couples opt for a surprise and choose to host a gender-neutral party. Using colors such as yellow, white, brown or green, or mixing various pastel colors including both baby pink and light blue are simply greta ways to embrace the unknown.
Since oftentimes pregnant women don’t always feel their best, make sure to let guests know the party would be about three hours.
Just like throwing any other party, when planning a baby shower, it’s important to be sensitive to any dietary restrictions and offering various selections.
It’s a baby shower… so when it comes to drinks, chances are your guests won’t be expecting fully stocked bar, however it’s still a celebration. Offering selection that could please everyone is though a very nice touch.
Besides the food & beverages, it’s always nice to create a small station for guest activities such as live flower hair comb, giant lawn games, wishes for the baby, words of wisdom stations.
A traditional baby shower celebrates the parents who are expecting their very first little one. It’s an event that brings together both friends and family to shower them with presents and well wishes.
